27. Research Procedure" For our research procedure, first, we will secure permission from the appropriate authorities. After receiving approval, we will prepare and validate the questionnaire. Next, we will identify the qualified EasyRide drivers who will participate in the study. We will explain the purpose of the study before distributing the questionnaire. After the respondent finish answering, we will collect and check the questionnaires for completeness. Finally, we will organize, tabulate, analyze, and interpret the data. We will also make sure that the respondents' information remains confidential." 28. Statistical Treatment of Data"For the statistical treatment of data, we will use frequency and percentage to describe the respondents' profile. Frequency tells us how many respondents belong to a particular category, while percentage tells us the proportion of respondents in that category. We will also use weighted mean to determine the overall response or extent of the challenges experienced by the respondents." 29. Likert Scale"We will use a 4-point Likert scale to determine the respondents' level of agreement with the statements in the questionnaire.
