Emotional Exhaustion and Job Engagement in Nurses

This study examines the relationship between emotional exhaustion and job engagement among nurses in southeast Iran, using a descriptive-correlational method with 240 participants. Results highlight that job engagement is lower than average and inversely related to emotional exhaustion, with significant correlations to age, marital status, and experience.
