This research investigates the relationship between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Academic Self-Efficacy (ASE) in educational settings. We explore existing theoretic frameworks, such as Goleman's, to establish EI’s influence on academic achievement. Using quantitative methods with a sample of 384 students, the study employs the Quick EI Scale analysed through SPSS.
