This presentation reviews whether cleft laterality influences Le Fort I correction planning in unilateral cleft lip and palate. In a retrospective study of 76 patients, planned skeletal movements were compared between left and right cleft cases. Findings showed no significant difference by cleft side; correction needs were driven mainly by baseline Class III severity and additional anomalies.
