Good morning, everybody! Welcome to my presentation. My name is Anastasiia. I am a first-year student at the Faculty of Economics of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. My presentation will take about 7 minutes. There will be time for questions at the end. Today, I would like to talk about my dream home. I have divided my presentation into three main parts: the location, the interior and the special features. First, let me tell you about the location. My dream house is located near a beautiful and quiet forest, far from the busy city. This allows me to enjoy nature and fresh air. Around the house, there is a beautiful garden with flowers and trees. There is also a small path leading to the forest and a cozy seating area with comfortable chairs and a hammock. Now, let's move on to the interior. I would like to combine two styles: minimalism and loft style. I love simple furniture, natural materials and beautiful details. I want my home to be a peaceful place where I can relax. Let me start with the living room. It is spacious and bright, with large windows, a comfortable sofa, a soft carpet and a fireplace. The kitchen is modern, with wooden furniture and a big kitchen island where I can cook and have breakfast. My personal room is my favourite place in the house. It has a large bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a big mirror, soft blankets and some plants. I want the whole house to feel warm, peaceful and welcoming. Now, let's talk about the special features. One of the most beautiful features is a big fireplace in the living room. It makes the house warm and cozy, especially in winter. I also want large panoramic windows with a beautiful view of the forest and many green plants in different rooms. Another special feature is a small reading corner with a comfortable armchair and a bookshelf. It will be a perfect place to relax and read books. For the materials, I would like to use natural wood, stone, metal and glass. They will make my house look modern and cozy. So, that brings me to the end of my presentation. Today, we looked at three main points: the location near the forest, the minimalist loft style and the special features of my dream home. To conclude, I would like to say that this home is my personal place of power, built for peace, warmth and lifelong memories. Thank you very much for your attention!
