Optimising Oven Blower Power Consumption

This project focuses on optimising the power consumption of oven blowers in a paint shop. Initially, the blowers operated at full-load 50Hz, leading to excessive energy use. The implementation of a variable frequency drive (VFD) allowed the motor to run at a reduced frequency of 38Hz, significantly lowering energy consumption. The presentation provides an overview of the project context, the reasons for its initiation, and a comparison of blower operation before and after the VFD installation.
