Enhancing Cloud Task Scheduling with DECSO Algorithm

This research explores cloud task scheduling, emphasizing dynamic environments and workload balancing across heterogeneous VMs. Existing algorithms like PSO, GA, and ACO are analyzed for limitations. The proposed DECSO algorithm combines DE and CSO to improve exploration and exploitation, offering advantages in scheduling efficiency. Evaluation includes comparative performance studies, with results highlighting DECSO's effectiveness in enhancing cloud scheduling outcomes.
