The VOGUE trial aimed to evaluate the noninferiority of the DTG/3TC two-drug regimen against the BIC/FTC/TAF three-drug regimen. Conducted as a Phase 3b, open-label, multicentre RCT across 17 countries with 509 participants, the study found that at week 48, viral suppression rates were 89% for DTG/3TC compared to 92% for the comparator.
