so i have a blueprint document now that feels pretty complete. something i am considering is putting together a very simple document that could help explain content to management etc, I was sorta of thinking a document that has a one pager overview for each phase or section of this blueprint. be critical, is this worthwhile, could it be valuable? Yes — I think it could be valuable, but I would be careful not to create a second version of the blueprint that simply repeats everything. The value is in creating a management-facing companion that answers: What is this phase trying to accomplish, why does it matter, and what decision comes out of it? I would make it a separate document and here are what I have for the slides
