Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through ChatSlide AI (www.chatslide.ai). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Refunds are available exclusively for recurring subscription plans (Plus, Pro, and Ultimate) and only within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the initial purchase or the most recent automatic renewal.

1.2 To request a refund, you must submit a request through our designated refund request page. Refund requests sent via email, social media, or any other channel will not be processed.

1.3 Each account is entitled to a maximum of one (1) refund. Subsequent purchases on the same account are final and non-refundable.

1.4 We reserve the right to deny a refund request if the account has made substantial use of paid features during the billing period in question. Substantial use includes, but is not limited to, generating more than five (5) projects, exporting files, or accessing premium AI models.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

2.1 The following purchases are final and non-refundable under all circumstances:

a) One-time credit purchases (including the Lite plan)

b) Lifetime subscription plans

c) Purchases made using promotional codes, deal codes, or third-party marketplace redemptions (including but not limited to AppSumo, DealFuel, and DealMirror). For refund inquiries on these purchases, please contact your original reseller directly.

d) Any purchase where the 14-day refund window has expired

3. Refund Scope and Effect

3.1 Approved refunds cover only the most recent billing cycle. No refunds are issued for prior billing periods.

3.2 No partial refunds are available. Refunds are issued for the full amount of the most recent charge only.

3.3 Upon refund approval, all paid features, credits, and premium access are revoked immediately. You will not retain access to paid features for the remainder of the billing period.

3.4 Any content created using paid features remains accessible, but you will not be able to create new content using premium capabilities.

4. Cancellation

4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

4.2 Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the billing period.

4.3 If you do not cancel before the next renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged for the next billing period.

5. Processing

5.1 We process approved refunds on our end within two (2) business days. However, the refund typically takes five to ten (5–10) business days to appear on your statement, as this depends on your bank or credit card issuer's processing time.

5.2 The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the refund does not appear after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card issuer directly.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

6.1 If you have a billing concern, you must contact us at contact@chatslide.ai before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider.

6.2 Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly will result in the permanent suspension of your account and the forfeiture of all associated data, content, and credits.

6.3 We actively contest all chargebacks and provide complete transaction records, usage logs, IP addresses, account activity, and evidence of policy acceptance to the payment provider.

6.4 If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, your account will remain permanently suspended and no future access will be granted.
