1. 服务使用

1.1 账户创建：为了使用服务的某些功能，您可能需要创建账户。您同意在注册过程中提供准确、最新且完整的信息，并在必要时更新这些信息。

1.2 禁止行为：您同意不从事任何可能干扰或破坏服务或违反任何法律法规的活动。

2. 公平使用政策

2.1 自动化限制：除非我们特别授权，严禁使用机器人、爬虫或任何其他自动化手段访问服务。

2.2 系统完整性：您不得采取任何可能损害服务完整性或性能的行为。我们保留调查并对违反本政策者采取适当法律行动的权利。

2.3 账户不可转让：用户禁止将账户赠予、出售或出租给他人。违反此政策可能导致账户立即暂停或终止。

3. 知识产权

3.1 用户内容所有权：对于付费用户，公司不主张对用户创建或上传的内容拥有所有权。对于未付费用户，公司保留通过服务创建或上传内容的所有权利。

3.2 搜索功能：用户有责任判断搜索结果内容是否需要许可以用于其预期用途。

3.3 限制许可：公司授予用户有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，以个人和非商业目的访问和使用服务。

4. 用户生成内容

4.1 责任：您保留对用户生成内容的所有权，但您授予公司非独占、免版税、全球性、永久且不可撤销的许可，以使用、复制、修改、改编、发布、翻译、分发和展示该内容。

4.2 禁止内容：您同意不发布或分享任何非法、诽谤、辱骂、淫秽或其他令人反感的内容。

5. 隐私

5.1 隐私政策：我们对您个人信息的收集、使用和披露受我们的隐私政策约束。请查阅我们的隐私政策以了解相关做法。

6. 责任限制

6.1 免责声明：服务按“现状”和“可用”基础提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证或条件。

6.2 责任限制：在任何情况下，公司均不对任何间接的、附带的、特殊的、后果性的或惩罚性的损害承担责任。

7. 退款与取消政策

7.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only for recurring subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Ultimate) within 14 days of the initial purchase or most recent renewal. Refund requests must be submitted through our refund page. Refunds are limited to one per account. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the account has made substantial use of paid features during the billing period.

7.2 Non-Refundable Purchases: One-time purchases (including the Lite plan and lifetime plans) are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Promotional, discounted, or deal-code purchases (including AppSumo, DealFuel, and DealMirror redemptions) are non-refundable. For refund inquiries on these purchases, please contact your original reseller directly.

7.3 Refund Scope: Approved refunds cover only the most recent billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued. Upon refund approval, all paid features and credits are revoked immediately — you will not retain access until the end of the billing period.

7.4 Processing: We process refunds on our end within 2 business days. However, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as this depends on your bank or credit card issuer.

7.5 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining unused portion of the billing period.

7.6 Chargebacks and Disputes: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly will result in permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all associated data and content. 8. 数据保留与存储

8.1 免费计划：文件存储最长30天，之后可能被永久删除。

9. AI 模型与服务质量

9.1 模型可用性：ChatSlide 使用第三方 AI 模型来支持其功能。具体可用的模型（例如 GPT-4o、GPT-5.3、o3-mini）可能会随着我们升级到符合最新行业标准的更先进模型而发生变化。

9.2 质量承诺：当模型更新或替换时，我们确保整体输出质量保持不变或提升。我们不会在未提供同等或更优替代方案的情况下降低模型能力。

9.3 分级访问：某些高级 AI 模型仅对特定订阅等级开放。每个等级包含的模型可能会随着新模型的推出而更新，但该等级始终包含同等或更高能力的模型。

10. 条款修改

10.1 更新：我们保留随时更新或修改本条款的权利。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。

11. 适用法律

11.1 司法管辖：本条款应受美国法律或您所在司法管辖区法律的管辖并据其解释。
