1. 服務使用

2.2 系統完整性：您不得採取任何可能損害本服務完整性或性能的行為。我們保留調查並對違規者採取適當法律行動的權利。

2.3 帳戶不可轉讓：用戶禁止將帳戶贈與、出售或出租給他人。違反此政策可能導致帳戶立即暫停或終止。

3. 知識產權

3.1 用戶內容所有權：對於付費用戶，公司不主張對用戶創建或上傳的內容擁有所有權。對於非付費用戶，公司保留通過本服務創建或上傳內容的全部權利。

3.2 搜尋功能：用戶需自行判斷搜尋結果內容是否需取得授權以符合其使用目的。

3.3 限制許可：公司授予用戶有限、非獨占、不可轉讓、可撤銷的許可，以個人及非商業目的訪問和使用本服務。

4. 用戶生成內容

4.1 責任：您保留用戶生成內容的所有權，但授予公司非獨占、免版稅、全球性、永久且不可撤銷的許可，以使用、複製、修改、調整、發佈、翻譯、分發及展示該內容。

4.2 禁止內容：您同意不發布或分享任何非法、誹謗、辱罵、猥褻或其他令人反感的內容。

5. 隱私

6. 責任限制

6.1 免責聲明：本服務以「現狀」及「可用」基礎提供，不附帶任何明示或暗示的保證或條件。

6.2 限制：公司在任何情況下均不對任何間接、附帶、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害承擔責任。

7. 退款與取消政策

7.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only for recurring subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Ultimate) within 14 days of the initial purchase or most recent renewal. Refund requests must be submitted through our refund page. Refunds are limited to one per account. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the account has made substantial use of paid features during the billing period.

7.2 Non-Refundable Purchases: One-time purchases (including the Lite plan and lifetime plans) are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Promotional, discounted, or deal-code purchases (including AppSumo, DealFuel, and DealMirror redemptions) are non-refundable. For refund inquiries on these purchases, please contact your original reseller directly.

7.3 Refund Scope: Approved refunds cover only the most recent billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued. Upon refund approval, all paid features and credits are revoked immediately — you will not retain access until the end of the billing period.

7.4 Processing: We process refunds on our end within 2 business days. However, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as this depends on your bank or credit card issuer.

7.5 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining unused portion of the billing period.

7.6 Chargebacks and Disputes: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly will result in permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all associated data and content. 8. 資料保留與存儲

8.1 免費方案：檔案存儲期限最多30天，之後可能被永久刪除。

8.2 付費方案：提供延長存儲；公司可在通知後移除不活躍內容。

8.3 無保證：用戶應自行備份資料。

9. AI 模型與服務品質

9.1 模型可用性：ChatSlide 使用第三方 AI 模型來支持其功能。可用的具體模型（例如 GPT-4o、GPT-5.3、o3-mini）可能會隨著我們根據最新行業標準升級至更新、更強大的模型而變動。

9.2 品質承諾：當模型更新或更換時，我們確保整體輸出品質保持不變或提升。未提供等同或更佳替代方案前，不會降低模型能力。

9.3 分級訪問：某些高級 AI 模型僅對特定訂閱等級開放。隨著新模型的推出，每個等級包含的模型可能會更新，但該等級始終包含同等或更高能力的模型。

10. 條款修改

10.1 更新：我們保留隨時更新或修改本條款的權利。持續使用即表示接受。

11. 管轄法律

11.1 管轄權：本條款應受美國或您所在地司法管轄區法律管轄並依其解釋。
